We are delighted to be able to announce the promotion of our Construction Manager, Kevin Jinks, and our National Small Works Manager, Marc Crote.

Kevin Jinks, now Contracts Director, and Marc Crote, now Small Works Director have a collective of 42 years of service. Kevin and Marc have an undeniable wealth of experience, expertise, and passion to lead us forward and steer our company toward even greater success.

This appointment expands on our latest chapter, filled with fresh perspectives, innovative strategies, and continued growth.

Introducing Kevin Jinks:

Kevin Jinks joined Compco Fire Systems in 2001 as a Trainee Designer going through one of our early Training Academy Programmes. Kevin was part of our initial team when Design and Contracts was run as one however, when Compco Fire Systems was restructured and Design and Contracts split into two, Kevin opted to pursue a career in Contracts.

Kevin has flourished within the Contracts Department, supporting the team in Worcester and Scotland. Playing a pivotal role in retaining close relationships with our enviable portfolio of Clients, Kevin ensures that our work exceeds their expectations, every time.

Introducing Marc Crote:

Marc Crote joined Compco Fire Systems in 2005 and, like Kevin Jinks, graduated from our industry-leading Training Academy. Upon completion, Marc took on a Project Manager role within the Contracts Department. Marc performed impeccably well on his first job as a Project Manager and in 2014 was asked to move into the role of Service Remedials and Small Works Manager. Then in 2017, Marc was asked to concentrate on building a bigger Small Works Department, so took up the role of National Small Works Manager.

Marc has worked diligently with his team and with their support has managed to hit some great targets over this period.
